Terms and Conditions

• The User hereby declares that the User is a person who is capable and able to enter into a valid agreement according to the law in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
• User are willing to provide personal data and information, including but not limited to names, mobile phone numbers, personal addresses, email addresses, and other information that may be needed for Account registration.
• The User agrees to register for an account to be able to access through the Goorita website.
  
• The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account for all activities that occur in the account.

Product :

• All Goods on display on Goorita website is not endanger the safety of their User, the goods do not expire, and do not contain materials that are classified as hazardous materials according to applicable laws and regulations.
  

Purchase Transactions :

• The Buyer is responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the information or description of the goods before making commitment to buy.
• Regarding the availability of stock of goods, it can change at any time, so in a state of empty stock of goods, Goorita will let user know before shipment.
• The buyer is required to make a payment using the chosen payment method with a nominal value that matches the bill amount.
  

Scheduled Delivery :

• Order goods is scheduled delivery every once a week.
• The buyer cannot cancel the transaction if the payment for the transaction has been received and verified.
• Buyer are not allowed to change the delivery address after payment verification.
• In the event that the Buyer cannot be contacted, the Buyer agrees to release Goorita from any obligation and responsibility for the purchased items.

Refund : 

• Refund is not available on this moment. Goorita will announce if there any changes.
  

Others : 

• Goorita always strives to ensure the safety, convenience, and proper functioning of the service.
• Astro is not responsible for system disturbances due to conditions that occur to things beyond the limits of its capabilities caused by force majeure.Force Majeure includes natural disasters (including, among others, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, and volcanic eruptions), epidemics, pandemics, fires, mass strikes, wars, sabotage, riots, revolutions, and chaos caused by economic, political, social, and social rebellion, unconstitutional changes in government, changes in laws and regulations, and government policies in the economic and monetary fields that are directly related to the implementation of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflicts of law. The User agrees that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way related to the Astro Application and/or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
• These Terms and Conditions may be changed and/or updated from time to time  without prior notification. Goorita recommends that User read carefully and check this Terms and Conditions page from time to time to find out about any changes. By continuing to access  User is deemed to have agreed to the changes in these Terms and Conditions.
